We need an individual who is passionate and wants to grow in the civil engineering industry.

- Date of Joining: Within 7 days of the acceptance date of the employment contract.
- Probationary period: 3 months.
- Remuneration: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000.
- Business Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
- Snacks Stipend.
- Minimum Employment period: 2 years or the end of the assigned project, whichever is earlier.
- Accommodation will be provided.
- Relocation Assistance will be provided while commencing the employment (For the candidates who are outside of Chennai).
- Annual Leave: 12 days per year (After the successful completion of the probation)
- Medical Insurance: 60% of the insurance amount or ₹1250 per month, whichever is lower (Negotiable). Only if you have the existing medical insurance.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

- Degree: Bachelor's (or) Diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Driver's License: Atleast Bike (Car License is advantageous).
- Language: English & Tamil (Hindi is advantageous).




- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience (1 year of field experience is required)
- Microsoft Excel and Word skills are mandatory.
- - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on site.

Role Description:

The Site Civil Engineer role at Cross Reef is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. The role oversees civil works at project sites, including monitoring construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and coordinating with contractors and internal stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include reviewing drawings, assisting in layout and planning, supervising site execution, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

The Site Civil Engineer also supports stormwater and drainage solutions, prepares progress reports, and helps resolve technical issues that arise during construction. This role requires regular communication with project managers and other engineering disciplines to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
