About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial records at our construction project sites. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate site-wise accounts, monitoring expenses, handling vendor transactions, and ensuring timely entries and reporting through Nway ERP.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities at the construction/project site.

- Maintain site-wise expenses, cash/bank transactions, bills, vouchers, and ledgers.

- Record and verify purchase bills, material invoices, labour-related expenses, and vendor payments.

- Handle vendor/sub-contractor accounts, payment records, and reconciliation.

- Maintain Petty Cash and site cash management with proper supporting documents.

- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

- Make timely and accurate accounting entries in Nway ERP.

- Prepare site-wise MIS, expense statements, cash reports, and other financial reports.





- Monitor project expenses against approved requirements and maintain proper documentation.

- Assist in GST, TDS, billing, and other statutory accounting requirements.

- Maintain proper records of materials, advances, recoveries, and outstanding payments.

- Ensure all site financial documents are properly maintained and submitted to Head Office on time.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience as a Site Accountant, preferably in the construction/infrastructure industry.

- Experience in irrigation, bridge, highway, road, or other civil construction projects will be preferred.

- Hands-on experience in Nway ERP is required.

- Solid knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.

- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, billing, vendor reconciliation, and site accounting.

- Good numerical, analytical, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently at a project site and coordinate effectively with multiple teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
