We are looking for an experienced Site Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably with strong hands-on experience in villa construction and residential projects . The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and completing construction work as per approved drawings and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Manage construction activities for luxury villas / residential projects from execution to completion.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry,



plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and other civil works.
- Check measurements and ensure proper execution of structural and finishing works.
- Monitor material requirements, consumption, and availability at site.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Conduct quality inspections and rectify construction defects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering .
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant site experience in civil construction.
- Mandatory/Preferred: Experience in villa construction and residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
- Good knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings.
- Good coordination and contractor management skills.
- Solid knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates currently based in Goa or willing to relocate to Goa will be preferred.
