- Exposures to post-Silicon validation, silicon bring up, testing/debug/root cause of circuit marginalities, product engineering, foundry manufacturing, etc.
- 93K and UFLEX experience (one of this is an advantage)
- Valuable in Fundamentals of Test Engineering
- Optional Hardware design experience (multi-site FT boards, Probe cards,Prober Interface boards, other support hardware) and development.
- Optional Test Vector Creation / Conversion experience.
- Test Program Development needs programming knowledge on C, C++/VB environments
- Experience in any one of these - Digital (Structural and Functional), Mixed signal (ADCs, DACs, PLLs, etc) and RF fundamentals
- Test Program and Hardware Debug experience - includes bring-up of the test program on the hardware that is designed
- PVT Characterization experience (for Digital interfaces including Levels and Timing) experience.
- Experience in any of the following would be an added advantage;

ü Correlation experience (Site to Site, board to board, tester to tester & bench) ü Statistical Data analysis, SPC and GRR computation ü Optimization (Process, Test Time, Test Limits, Guard banding etc)

ü Well familiar with the Production Release process ü Post production support/Sustaining product support

Job Requirements

- Graduates with a degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering,



Computer Science, Software Engineering, Network/IT Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-10 yrs’ relevant experience on the Test Engineering is preferred
- Hands on experience on Teradyne Ultra Flex or Advantest 93K ATE’s is added advantage.
- Usage of bench instrumentation for characterization of ICs
- Good Knowledge of analog and digital electronics is desired.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with desire to perform hands-on work within a lab environment is a must.
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently
- Location: Penang Island – Lab infrastructure (with a 100K cleanroom) located inside the NCER/NTIC building at Bayan Lepas FIZ Phase 4
- Customer sites are located in Bayan Lepas (Penang Island), Batu Kawan (Mainland), and Kulim Hi-Tech Park.
