We are a signage and metal fabrication company in Dubai seeking an experienced Screen Printer for our production floor in Qusais. You will run screen-printing jobs end-to-end on industrial and commercial work printing on rigid substrates (stainless steel, acrylic, metal, glass) as well as fabric.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual and semi-automatic screen printing presses
- Prepare screens (coating, exposure, developing, reclaiming)
- Multi-colour registration and spot-colour printing
- Mix inks (plastisol, water-based, UV-cure) to specification
- Maintain consistent quality (colour match, registration, opacity)
- Clean and maintain equipment, screens, and squeegees
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years commercial screen printing experience
- Strong multi-colour registration skill
- Experience on rigid substrates (steel, acrylic, metal, glass) not only t-shirts
- Screen making from start to finish
- Ability to read job specifications and work to tight tolerances
