Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement &
- Sales:

- Welcome and greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom.

- Understand customer needs and offer expert advice or product recommendations.

- Demonstrate products, highlight features, and answer queries regarding pricing, availability, and warranty/care.

- Work actively towards achieving monthly and annual individual and team sales targets.

- Showroom Maintenance &

- Visual Merchandising:

- Maintain clean, organized, and aesthetically appealing product displays.

- Restock inventory on display units and ensure all items are properly tagged with pricing.

- Assist in managing visual merchandising and promotional campaign setups.

- Operations &

- Reporting:

- Handle customer checkouts, invoicing, and payment processing (cash/card/digital payments) if required.

- Keep track of walk-ins, customer inquiries, and sales records.





- Manage customer feedback and resolve minor complaints or escalate them to the manager promptly.

- Conduct periodic stock checks and inventory audits.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma, diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.

- Experience: 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience in a retail, boutique, or showroom setting.

- Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and persuasive sales capabilities.

- Positive presentation, grooming, and personal etiquette.

- Basic computer and Point of Sale (POS) software literacy.

- Key Traits: Active listener, patient, proactive, and target-driven.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
