Position Title: Showroom Sales Executive

Location: Showroom (Topsia)

Department: Sales & Business Development

## Job Summary

We are looking for a warm, confident, and customer-focused Showroom Sales

Executive to welcome visiting architects, designers, and clients, understand their project requirements, and guide them toward the right products and solutions.

The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, has strong communication skills,

and can balance consultative selling with excellent follow-through.

## Key Responsibilities

 Welcome and assist architects, interior designers, contractors, and clients visiting the showroom.

 Understand project needs, preferences, budget, timelines, and technical requirements.

 Recommend suitable products and present them clearly and professionally.

 Explain product features, specifications, pricing, availability, and lead times.

 Prepare accurate quotations and product proposals in a timely manner.

 Follow up on enquiries and leads to convert them into confirmed orders.

 Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, stock availability, dispatch,

and deliveries.

 Keep clients updated throughout the sales and delivery process.





 Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

 Maintain strong knowledge of the product range, current collections, and market trends.

 Ensure the showroom remains welcoming, well presented, and ready for client visits.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

 Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 Ability to understand design and project requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

 Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple enquiries and follow-

ups.

 Positive command of written and spoken English; additional local languages are an advantage.

 Familiarity with preparing quotations using Excel, or other sales tools.

 A customer-first attitude with a genuine interest in building lasting professional relationships.

## Experience

Both,

 Freshers, and

 Prior experience in showroom sales, retail sales, interior products, architecture,

design, furniture, lighting, surfaces, sanitaryware, or a related field is preferred.

## Preferred Candidate Profile

 Prior experience dealing with interior designers / architects, or

 Prior experience in Hospitality industry.
