Our showroom showcases premium home automation, lighting, furniture, home theatre, architectural products and luxury interior solutions.
We are looking for a smart, polished and highly presentable Showroom Manager who can be the face of our showroom and create an excellent experience for every visitor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Welcome and professionally interact with customers, architects, interior designers and other visitors.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant products and solutions.
- Coordinate showroom appointments and customer visits.
- Maintain a premium and well-organised showroom setting at all times.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain customer enquiries and update basic CRM/lead records.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for quotations, product demonstrations and customer requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure enquiries are properly tracked.
- Coordinate meetings with architects, interior designers, builders and homeowners.
- Maintain product catalogues, samples, displays and showroom materials.
- Support showroom events, architect meets and product launches.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly enquiry and showroom activity reports.
- Ensure every customer receives a professional and personalised experience.
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent presentation and skilled appearance.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Comfortable speaking with premium customers, architects and interior designers.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Well-groomed and comfortable wearing formal/professional attire.
- Good telephone and WhatsApp communication etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups independently.
- A positive, responsible and organised approach to work.
