Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate showroom layouts and space planning as per brand guidelines and business requirements.

- Ensure optimum space utilisation for product display, customer movement, trial rooms, billing and storage.

- Coordinate layout drawings, elevations, furniture and fixture requirements with designers/contractors.

- Manage end-to-end interior execution of current showrooms, renovation and expansion projects.

- Coordinate civil, electrical, lighting, flooring, ceiling, painting, furniture, fixtures, signage and other interior works.

- Prepare/review BOQs, cost estimates and project budgets and monitor project costs.

- Have good knowledge of market rates/pricing of interior materials, furniture, fixtures and other project requirements.

- Obtain, compare and negotiate vendor quotations and manage contractors/vendors.

- Monitor project timelines, quality and budget and ensure timely completion.

- Conduct regular site visits and resolve execution-related issues.





- Ensure proper finishing and adherence to Meena Bazaar's showroom/brand standards.

- Handle renovation, refurbishment and maintenance requirements of existing showrooms.

- Verify vendor bills against agreed rates, quantities and actual work completed.

- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Management, landlords/malls and other stakeholders.

- Travel across locations for project/site visits as required.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.

- 510 years of experience in retail/showroom/commercial interior projects.

- Strong hands-on experience in interior execution, costing, BOQ, estimation and vendor management.

- Good understanding of materials, fixtures and their market pricing.

- Experience in retail, fashion or lifestyle projects will be preferred.

- AutoCAD/SketchUp knowledge will be an added advantage.
