- Monitor inventory levels, oversee cycle counts, and execute ordering to prevent stockouts of high-demand seasonal items.
- rack daily sales, manage payroll budgets, control operating expenses, and work to hit monthly revenue targets.
- Pricing and margins: Execute weekly price updates, manage promotional discounts, and coordinate contractor or commercial accounts.
- Visual merchandising: Design end-caps, organize aisles logically, and ensure transparent, updated pricing signage across the sales floor to drive impulse
- Customer experience: Handle complex contractor inquiries, resolve product complaints, and occasionally step in to assist on cash registers or the sales floor during peak times.
- Facility upkeep: Oversee the preventative maintenance, cleanliness,
and security of the building, lumber yard, and indoor/outdoor display areas.
- Safety regulations: Enforce strict compliance with local occupational health and safety laws to protect both customers and employees from hazardous materials and machinery.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
