Key Responsibilities

- Billing &
- Daily Transactions:

- Process customer invoices, receipts, and returns using Point of Sale (POS) and accounting software.

- Handle multiple payment modes including cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers, ensuring accurate entry in the system.

- Perform daily cash drawer closing, tally physical cash with system sales, and deposit daily collections into the bank.

- Account Reconciliation &

- Bookkeeping:

- Maintain daily sales registers, expense logs, and ledger entries.

- Reconcile daily showroom sales with bank deposits and payment gateway settlements.

- Manage petty cash expenses, maintain supporting vouchers, and arrange timely replenishment.

- Inventory &

- Vendor Accounting:

- Coordinate with store staff during stock audits, stock transfers, and periodic physical inventory verification.

- Record incoming goods, verify vendor invoices against Purchase Orders (POs), and track local vendor payments.

- Track showroom assets and maintain records of operational expenses (utilities, supplies, maintenance).

- Reporting &

- Compliance:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and expense reports for management.





- Assist in GST calculation, tax filing preparation, and audit documentation as required by the central finance team.

- Ensure strict adherence to company financial guidelines and internal control policies.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience: 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail store, showroom, or dealership environment.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).

- Hands-on experience with POS systems and billing software.

- Robust working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) and Word.

- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and local tax compliance.

- Key Traits: High numerical accuracy, integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle high-volume cash and card transactions under busy showroom conditions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
