Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Guide customers and connect them with the sales team.
- Offer refreshments and ensure customer comfort.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain customer records and collect feedback.
- Support showroom events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Assist with social media content and customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom setting.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or front-office experience preferred.
- Well-groomed personality and professional appearance.
