Key Responsibilities

1. Meet and greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
2. Demonstrate knowledge of car features, perks, and specifications.
3. Handle test drives, negotiations, and sales closures.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
5. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom sales growth.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Basic knowledge of cars (training provided).
4. Meeting sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
