Short-Form Editing, Repurposing & Motion

- Produce fresh variations of high-performing reels by retaining proven audio while varying visuals, adjusting pacing, and adding B-roll.
- Ensure each repurposed version is varied enough to remain original and platform-compliant, avoiding unoriginal content flags.
- Edit new short-form content with strong hooks, tight pacing, and a distinctly platform-native feel.
- Integrate animated text treatments, graphic elements, and light animated assets that align with the brand’s established visual style.

Quality & Creative Judgment

- Continuously study the brand's highest-performing content and broader platform trends to inform editing decisions.
- Propose new creative directions when current formats begin to lose their effectiveness.
- Uphold exceptional quality as the primary standard, ensuring a platform-native feel across all deliverables at a daily volume.

Editing Operations & Ownership

- Sustain a reliable daily throughput that supports a multiple-reels-per-day publishing cadence.
- Maintain highly organized project files and strict version control within the client's Air digital asset library.
- Proactively recommend recent tests and formats rather than waiting for top-down direction.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 2 years of experience editing short-form social video for creators, personal brands, or media companies.
- A strong portfolio of short-form work, with the ability to articulate the objectives, decisions, and results behind selected edits.
- A deep, genuine understanding of United States internet culture, trends,



and platform-native aesthetics.
- Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or an equivalent contemporary editing stack.
- Hardware capable of handling smooth high-resolution editing and rapid turnarounds.
- Practical experience integrating AI tools within a disciplined production workflow.
- Strong written English skills for seamless team coordination and version documentation.
- High qualified ownership, reliable follow-through, and a proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strongly Preferred: Advanced animation and motion graphics capabilities (beyond basic text), experience growing accounts via repurposed content, static graphic/thumbnail capabilities, and familiarity with trial reel mechanics.

Tools & Technology
- Your preferred editing stack: CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.
- Air digital asset library, Asana, ClickUp (or similar), and Google Workspace.
- TikTok and Instagram.
- Approved AI tools and communication platforms including Slack, Discord, or WhatsApp.

Communication & Performance Expectations

- Maintain a 15-minute response time for internal messaging during scheduled working hours,



and a 24-hour response time for email on business days.
- Deliver clear start-of-day and end-of-day updates via BrightBeam's operating system.
- Provide a structured weekly report covering delivered work, learnings, blockers, and recommended next steps.
- Communicate proactively; raise blockers early rather than waiting for a deadline to be missed, maintaining a professional and action-oriented tone.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience and performance under BrightBeam's contractor model.

Pay: ₹383.19 - ₹957.97 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
