We are building a transparent, modern, and customer-first jewelry brand, and we need a detail-obsessed catalog specialist to own our product listings end-to-end..

Role Summary

We are looking for a Shopify Product Listing & Catalog Executive who will manage the complete product catalog for our jewelry store. You will be responsible for cataloging, writing SEO-friendly titles and descriptions, managing product images and videos, uploading and updating products on Shopify, researching keywords and competitor listings, and ensuring every product specification is 100% accurate.

- The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on Shopify product listing experience, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or Shopify e-commerce. You must be extremely detail-oriented, comfortable working with large SKU counts, and able to work independently in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities 1. Product Cataloging & Shopify Uploading

- Create, upload, and manage product listings on Shopify for rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, loose diamonds, and other jewelry.
- Set up product variants accurately: metal type (14k/18k white, yellow, rose gold, Silver), ring size, carat weight, diamond shape, color, clarity, certification, and more.
- Manage collections, tags, product categories, metafields, and filters.
- Use CSV imports, Matrixify, or Shopify bulk editor to upload and update products at scale.
- Maintain SKU naming conventions, pricing, inventory,



and product status.

2. Titles, Descriptions & SEO

- Research and write SEO-optimized product titles, meta titles, meta descriptions, and product descriptions.
- Use relevant keywords for lab diamond jewelry, e.g., “1 carat round lab grown diamond solitaire ring 14k white gold”.
- Ensure descriptions clearly explain the details, sizing, shipping, warranty, and care.
- Maintain a transparent, luxurious, and educational brand tone.
- Update URL handles, alt text, and structured data for SEO.

3. Images & Video Management

- Coordinate, edit, optimize, and upload product images.
- Ensure correct image-to-variant mapping and image naming conventions.
- Upload and embed product videos and optimize for page speed.
- Use tools AI tools for basic image editing.

4. Research & Accuracy Checks

- Research competitor listings, keywords, and market trends for lab diamond jewelry.
- Verify all product specs, data, and internal sheets.
- Flag discrepancies and coordinate with sourcing, operations, or customer service teams.

5. Ongoing Updates & Maintenance

- Update prices, new arrivals, and seasonal collections.
- Audit existing listings for missing data, SEO gaps, incorrect variants, and broken images.




- Manage discounts, bundles, and promotional tags.
- Ensure Shopify SEO fields, product URLs, and structured data are accurate.

6. Collaboration & Reporting

- Work closely with marketing, and customer service.
- Provide weekly reports: listings published, errors fixed, SEO improvements, and pending tasks.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce manager/founder on catalog priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Shopify product listing, catalog management, or e-commerce operations.
- Mandatory: Hands-on Shopify admin experience (products, variants, collections, CSV import, bulk editing, apps).
- Jewelry, lab diamond, fashion, or luxury e-commerce experience is strongly preferred.
- Robust written English for product titles and descriptions.
- Basic SEO knowledge: keyword research, meta tags, alt text, URL optimization.
- Image editing skills: AI tools
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, CSV handling, data cleaning.
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-starter with strong work discipline and time management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
