About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Shopify Executive who can independently manage and maintain our Shopify store. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day website updates, product management, banners, collections, offers, and basic store merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Shopify website on a daily basis and ensure all content is updated and accurate.
- Upload, edit, update and remove products on Shopify.
- Manage product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, SKUs, inventory and product variants.
- Create and manage product collections and categories.
- Upload and change website banners, promotional creatives and homepage sections.
- Add and update Shop Now / Buy Now / CTA buttons and ensure links work correctly.
- Manage homepage, product pages, collection pages and other website sections.
- Update offers, discounts, promotional messages and sale banners.
- Manage navigation menus, filters and website categories.
- Ensure products are correctly tagged and displayed in the relevant collections.
- Coordinate with the design/content team for banners, product images and website creatives.
- Check website pages regularly for broken links, incorrect information or display issues.
- Assist with Shopify apps, integrations and basic store settings.
- Monitor website presentation and ensure products are displayed in a clean and attractive manner.
- Coordinate with inventory/operations teams to keep website stock and product information updated.




- Assist in basic website troubleshooting and coordinate with developers when technical support is required.
- Maintain website content during recent product launches, campaigns and festive/promotional periods.
- Support basic Shopify analytics and reporting such as orders, products, sales and website performance.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify Admin.
- Good understanding of Shopify products, collections, inventory, orders and navigation.
- Experience managing an e-commerce website independently.
- Good knowledge of website merchandising and product presentation.
- Basic understanding of Shopify themes and sections.
- Ability to work with images, banners and website creatives.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Shopify apps and integrations is a plus.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify website errors.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who can take complete ownership of the Shopify website and handle routine updates without depending on a developer for every small change.

Candidates with hands-on Shopify experience in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or D2C e-commerce brands will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
