Shri Ram Jewellers (SRJ) is looking for a responsible and organized person to manage our Monthly Kitty Scheme and assist with daily shop activities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage lucky draw scheme member records and monthly payments.

- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.

- Maintain token numbers, winner records and payment details.

- Handle customer queries related to the lucky draw scheme.

- Assist customers at the jewellery shop.

- Maintain basic records using Excel/Google Sheets.

- Help with day-to-day shop and administrative work.

- Coordinate with the owner regarding customers, collections and scheme activities.

Requirements:

- Basic computer and Excel knowledge.

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Good with numbers and record keeping.

- Honest, responsible and punctual.

- Freshers can also apply.

- Experience in retail, jewellery, sales or customer service is a plus.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
