- Supervise and manage day-to-day parking area operations.
- Monitor vehicle entry and exit and ensure smooth traffic movement.
- Allocate duties and coordinate with parking staff during each shift.
- Ensure proper parking discipline and efficient utilization of parking space.
- Handle customer queries and parking-related issues professionally.
- Monitor peak-time parking operations during movie show timings.
- Maintain coordination with Security and Theatre Operations teams.
- Ensure proper shift handover and daily operational reporting.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline and performance.
- Ensure safety and security procedures are followed in the parking area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in parking operations / cinema / mall / commercial property preferred.
- Valuable communication and supervisory skills.
- Ability to manage a team and handle peak-hour operations.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts – Day / Night.
- Must be available to work on Friday, Saturday & Sunday as required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
