Job Responsibilities

- Perform first-piece, in-process and final inspection of components during the shift.
- Inspect plastic injection moulded components for visual and dimensional defects.
- Check dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge and Gauges.
- Knowledge on reading Engineering Drawing.
- Monitor production quality and ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Segregate and identify rejected/non-conforming components.
- Maintain inspection reports, rejection records and quality check sheets.
- Coordinate with Production, Tool Room and Maintenance teams for quality issues.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for recurring defects.




- Conduct regular patrolling inspection during the shift.
- Ensure adherence to 5S, safety and quality procedures.
- Provide proper shift handover and communicate pending quality issues to the next shift.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding processes.
- Knowledge of quality inspection and defect identification.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge and measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of 7 QC Tools, SPC and 5S.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
