Position: Outlet Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the bakery outlet.
- Manage and coordinate outlet staff and duty schedules.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, stock, wastage, and inventory.
- Ensure product quality, freshness, hygiene, and outlet standards.
- Support the outlet in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
- Coordinate with the production, purchase, accounts, and operations teams.
- Maintain daily operational and sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in bakery, food & beverage, retail, supermarket, or restaurant operations preferred.




- 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of sales, inventory, manpower, and outlet operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
