We are looking for an energetic and responsible Shift Manager to oversee store operations during assigned shifts, ensure excellent customer service, and lead the team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Operations Management:Manage overall store operations during the shiftEnsure store opening and closing procedures are followedMaintain quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC) standardsHandle cash counter, billing, and end-of-day sales reporting
2. Team Leadership:Lead, motivate, and supervise staff during the shiftAssign duties, manage rosters, and ensure adequate manpowerTrain current employees and provide on-the-job coaching

Customer Service:Ensure excellent customer experience and handle customer complaintsResolve operational issues promptly
4. Inventory & Compliance:Manage inventory, stock audit, and wastage controlEnsure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standardsCoordinate with management for daily business reportsRequirements:Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred)2-5 years experience as Shift Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager / Store Supervisor in QSR, Cafe, RestaurantStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in rotational shifts and fast-paced environmentKnowledge of POS, inventory, and daily sales reports
Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
