Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations during the assigned shift.
- Lead and manage team members to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle inventory, cash management and shift reports.
- Manage staff attendance, training and performance.
- Ensure SOP and company guidelines are followed.
- Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues.
