? We’re Hiring | Shift Incharge – EV Hub Operations ⚡?

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Shift Incharge to manage the complete operations of our EV Hub, including EV cars, drivers, charging, and day-to-day hub activities.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete hub operations during the assigned shift
- Monitor and manage EV car availability, deployment & utilization
- Ensure timely charging, parking & vehicle readiness
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure proper shift allocation
- Monitor vehicle movement, operational issues & breakdowns
- Maintain hub discipline, safety and operational standards
- Track daily vehicle/driver performance and prepare shift reports
- Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Maintenance
- Ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of on-ground issues
- Take complete ownership of the hub during the assigned shift

? Candidate Profile:





✅ Experience in Fleet / EV / Transportation / Hub Operations

✅ Positive team-handling and communication skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously

✅ Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting

✅ Problem-solving & decision-making skills

✅ Willingness to work in rotational shifts

? Location: Delhi NCR

? Experience: 1-3 year's
