The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit and have a good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.

Key Responsibilities - Read, interpret, and understand architectural and structural drawings.

- Prepare accurate architectural and shell plan drawings for residential projects.
- Develop detailed working drawings based on project requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure drawings are accurate and delivered within timelines.




- Incorporate design changes, revisions, and client inputs into drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and technical standards.

Skills & Competencies - Strong hands-on experience in technical drafting and drawing preparation.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Good understanding of residential construction and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of formwork will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients in English.
- Strong attention to detail and technical understanding.
- Ability to manage multiple drawings and revisions while meeting deadlines.
