We are looking for an experienced Shift In-Charge – Electrical Maintenance to manage electrical and automation maintenance activities for our Continuous Colour Coating Line (CCL) and Continuous Galvanizing/Galvalume Line (CGL).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shift-wise electrical maintenance and breakdown activities.
- Ensure reliable operation of CCL and CGL/Galvalume lines.
- Troubleshoot electrical, drive, PLC and automation-related issues.
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Conduct RCA and implement corrective actions for recurring breakdowns.
- Coordinate with Production and Mechanical Maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.
- Supervise technicians and ensure adherence to electrical safety and maintenance standards.
- Maintain shift maintenance reports and equipment history.
Mandatory Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance in the steel/metal processing industry.
- Hands-on experience in both CCL and CGL/Galvalume lines.
- Strong hands-on experience with ABB Drives.
- Experience in Siemens PLC and Automation systems.
- Solid troubleshooting skills in electrical and automation systems.
- Experience in shift operations and team handling.
- Willingness to relocate to Gudur, Andhra Pradesh is mandatory.
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics or relevant discipline.
