Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform & SPFx Developer with 4-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a focus on scalable, secure, and governed solutions across business units.

Role & responsibilities

Solution Development

- Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx (React/TypeScript)
- Build advanced Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) for business process automation
- Develop and optimize Power Automate workflows (approval flows, integrations, RPA scenarios)
- Integrate solutions with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and third-party services

SharePoint & M365 Development

- Customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and web parts
- Develop reusable SPFx components and extensions
- Implement PnP JS / Fluent UI / MUI-based modern UI solutions
- Ensure performance optimization and responsive design

Integration & Automation

- Integrate Power Platform with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Entra ID)
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and external connectors

Governance & Best Practices

- Follow ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices using solutions and pipelines
- Enforce governance, security, and compliance standards (ISMS aligned)
- Maintain documentation (BRD, technical design, deployment guides)

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management





- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions
- Participate in design reviews, UAT support, and production deployments
- Guide junior developers and ensure coding standards.

Required Skills & Expertise

Technical Skills

- Strong experience in:
- SPFx (React, TypeScript)
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps)
- Power Automate (Cloud flows, approvals, RPA)
- Hands-on experience with:
- PnP JS, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph

- SharePoint Online (contemporary experience)

- Experience with
- Azure AD (Entra ID), App registrations, API security
- CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub)
- Version control (Git / DevOps)

UI/UX

- Experience with:
- Fluent UI / MUI / responsive design
- Modern UI frameworks in SPFx

Scripting & Tools

- PowerShell scripting (PnP PowerShell preferred)
- Debugging and troubleshooting SPFx and Power Platform issues

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of Copilot / AI Builder capabilities
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
