Education

- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and solution design.
- SharePoint Developer certification is preferred.
- Strong experience in SharePoint development.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs.

Technical Skills:

- Development and design experience with C#, SQL, CSOM, and JSOM.
- Good knowledge of SharePoint administration and service configuration.
- Proficiency in writing PowerShell scripts.
- Strong understanding of IIS, hosting, web application pools, and account permissions.
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js is an advantage.

Functional Skills:

- Experience in the banking, financial services, or fintech industry within an enterprise environment is preferred.
- Solid understanding of coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards and best practices.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Ability to ensure the quality of technical and application architectures and system designs across the organization.
- Ability to research and benchmark technologies against industry-leading solutions.

Soft Skills:

- Ability to influence multiple teams on technical decisions and improve their productivity and effectiveness by sharing knowledge and experience.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
- Solid collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization.
