2. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Salesforce OMS capabilities and should have participated in at least one complete OMS implementation , from requirement analysis and solution design through development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support

- Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, configure, and customize Salesforce Order Management solutions.

- Work on the complete Order Management lifecycle, including:

- Order capture

- Order orchestration

- Order fulfilment

- Order routing

- Order cancellation

- Order modification

- Returns and refunds

- Shipment and delivery status

- Order status management
- Develop and customize Salesforce OMS components using Apex, Lightning/Web Components, Flow, and Salesforce configuration

- Develop integrations between Salesforce OMS and external systems such as:

- eCommerce platforms

- ERP

- WMS

- Payment gateways

- Inventory systems

- Shipping/logistics platforms
- CRM and customer service platforms

- Main Skill:
- Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Order Management.

- Understanding of Salesforce OMS architecture and order lifecycle.





- Experience with Order Management, Fulfillment Orders, Order Summaries, Payment Summaries, Returns, and Fulfillment processes .

- Experience configuring and customizing OMS functionality.

- Good understanding of Salesforce Order Management data model.

- Strong knowledge of:

- Apex

- Lightning / LWC

- SOQL / SOSL

- Good understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.

- Integration Experience Knowledge:

- Experience integrating Salesforce OMS with ERP, WMS, inventory, payment, logistics, and eCommerce platforms like B2C or B2B any platform.

- Knowledge of API gateways and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Apigee, spring boot or similar is an advantage.
