Services Support Associate I, Finance Services The Quality Assurance Services Support Associate I will be responsible for ensuring the quality review of processed invoices and demonstrating a keen ability to identify duplicates. Qualified must possess strong accounting knowledge and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address errors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results in the quality review process.

Key Responsibilities

- Audit invoices in outstanding status across different geographies.
- Audit the potential duplicates across different geographies.
- Conduct reviews to identify and address duplicate invoices across various geographies.
- Work closely with other teams to gather the required information regarding errors and duplicates, ensuring timely resolution within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Ensure that the audit process is completed in alignment with the specified TAT.
- Ensure that all work deliverables are managed in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Regularly update error trackers daily with the utmost accuracy.
- Take responsibility for clearing all open errors/confirmations from stakeholders within the stipulated TAT.
- Work on the Accuracy reports across all the geographies on a monthly/periodic basis.
- Need to work on duplicate reports across all the geographies on a monthly/periodic basis.
- Provide Training session to the newly hired team members.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
- Around 1 year experience in QA, or a related role, with a focus on Accounts payable.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong excel skills to work on the monthly/periodic QA reports.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and good excel knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Location: Hyderabad
- Shift Timings: 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM
