We are looking for a Script Writer to create high-converting short-form video scripts for real estate brands, builders, and property consultants. You should understand how to create curiosity, explain property benefits, and build trust through content.

What you'll do

- Research and write real estate scripts daily
- Create strong hooks and curiosity-driven openings
- Write property-focused Reels and promotional scripts
- Convert property information into engaging stories
- Adapt scripts according to different real estate brands
- Rewrite content based on feedback

What we're looking for
- Experience in real estate content writing preferred
- Robust understanding of social media content
- Excellent Hindi/English/Hinglish writing skills
- Good research and storytelling ability
- Understanding of buyer psychology and CTAs
- Ability to deliver multiple scripts daily

Nice to have Genuinely optional. Don't self-reject over these.
