We are looking for a ServiceNow QA Engineer with 3 to 7 years of experience in manual and automation testing of ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF, and experience in designing and executing test cases. Exposure to performance testing tools and AutomatePro will be an added advantage.
Must Have Skills
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Servicenow Testing.
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM/HRSD/CSM or other modules).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Experience in creating and executing manual test cases and ATF test scripts.
- Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
- Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios.
- Experience using defect tracking tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- Robust analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Hands-on experience with AutomatePro (AMP)
- Experience with Performance Testing (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.).
- ServiceNow CSA certification.
