ServiceNow SPM Developer

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Role Description

- Overall 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of experience working in ServiceNow platform with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile and other industry-standard frameworks for portfolio and project management.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, complex workplace.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow SPM suite, including:

- Demand Management

- Portfolio Management

- Resource Management

- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITBM (IT Business Management) module and related tools.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow development, including Scripting, Business Rules, UI Policies and Integrations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript,



Glide scripting, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, API Integrations and Web Services (REST/SOAP).

Essential Skills / Job Requirements
- Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), including:

- Demand Management

- Innovation Management

- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

- Application Portfolio Management (APM)
- Familiarity with AI-driven insights and predictive analytics in project planning.
- Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SPM modules including:

- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

- Demand Management

- Resource Management

- Agile Development

- Financial Planning
- Customize project templates, scoring models, and portfolio dashboards.
- Design scalable technical architectures following ServiceNow best practices.
