As a ServiceNow SecOps Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Security Operations solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Your role will involve collaborating with security and IT teams to build and enhance security incident response, vulnerability response, and other security-related workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Development: Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow Security Operations modules to meet security requirements and enhance incident response and vulnerability management.

- Workflow Automation: Develop automated workflows for security incident response, threat intelligence, vulnerability assessment, and remediation processes using ServiceNow Security Operations.

- Integration and Orchestration: Integrate ServiceNow Security Operations with other security tools, systems, and data sources to streamline information sharing and response actions.

- Incident Response: Implement and customize incident response processes within ServiceNow, including triage, investigation, escalation, and resolution workflows.





- Vulnerability Management: Develop and maintain vulnerability management processes using ServiceNow, including scanning, prioritization, and remediation tracking.

- Compliance and Reporting: Create reports and dashboards to monitor security incidents, vulnerabilities, compliance status, and key security metrics.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow Security Operations.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting, customization, and configuration related to SecOps modules.

- Robust understanding of security incident response processes, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.

- Experience with integration of security tools and systems with ServiceNow.

- Knowledge of security frameworks (such as NIST, and CIS Controls) and compliance standards.
