We are seeking a ServiceNow SecOps Developer to implement security incident response, vulnerability response,

and security operations workflows integrated with enterprise security tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and related SecOps applications.
- Develop security workflows, playbooks, assignment rules, SLAs, notifications, and automation using Flow Designer.
- Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM, vulnerability scanners, endpoint tools, threat-intelligence feeds, and identity

platforms.
- Configure vulnerability imports, remediation tasks, prioritization, risk scoring, and exception processes.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and operational metrics for security teams and leadership.
- Perform troubleshooting, testing, upgrades, defect resolution, and documentation.




- Work with security analysts and process owners to translate requirements into maintainable solutions.

Required Technical Skills

- ServiceNow SecOps, SIR, VR, and security workflows
- JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
- REST/SOAP, JSON, MID Server, and security-tool integrations
- Vulnerability management and incident-response concepts
- ITIL, Agile delivery, testing, and production support

Preferred Certifications CSA required; CISSecurity Incident Response or CIS–Vulnerability Response preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent skilled experience may be considered.
