Role Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow SIR/VR Developer with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience to join our team in Hyderabad.. This is a full-time, work-from-office role.

The role will focus on the design, development, configuration, customization, and implementation of ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.
- Develop and maintain workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and other ServiceNow components.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs and other integration technologies.
- Develop solutions using JavaScript and Glide scripting.
- Configure security workflows, forms, notifications, dashboards, and related platform components.
- Work with security and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow application and integration issues.




- Participate in development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Follow ServiceNow development standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of ServiceNow SIR/VR implementations.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience. Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with strong experience in SIR and VR.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps).
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Workflows/Flow Designer.
- Experience developing and supporting REST API integrations.
- Good understanding of Vulnerability Response processes and security incident management.
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and deployment.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and client-facing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-SIR, or CIS-VR.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools and vulnerability management platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
