- Custom Integrations: 2+ years designing/customizing integrations (with tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, CrowdStrike, Splunk, BigFix, or SCCM), using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
- Technical Proficiency: Robust knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), flow designer, orchestration, and data import/export processes.
