ServiceNow Portal UX Developer | 5+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Portal UX Developer with 5+ years of experience to develop modern, user-friendly, and responsive portal experiences. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Service Portal, UI Builder, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize ServiceNow portals, pages, widgets, components, and themes .
- Convert Figma designs and prototypes into responsive and user-friendly ServiceNow interfaces.
- Work with Service Portal, Employee Center/Employee Center Pro, UI Builder, and Now Experience components .
- Develop front-end solutions using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and AngularJS .
- Integrate portal components with ServiceNow APIs, REST APIs, catalog items, knowledge, search, and enterprise systems .
- Troubleshoot UI issues and ensure good performance across browsers and mobile devices.
- Participate in Agile activities, code reviews, testing, releases, and technical discussions.
- Work closely with UX designers, architects, product owners, QA,



and ServiceNow platform teams.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in front-end/portal development with hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Service Portal .
- Experience developing/customizing ServiceNow widgets .
- Valuable knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and AngularJS .
- Hands-on experience with UI Builder and Employee Center .
- Experience with Client Scripts, UI Scripts, and ServiceNow APIs .
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations .
- Ability to convert UI/UX designs into responsive and reusable interfaces.

Good to Have
- Now Experience UI Framework / React knowledge.
- Employee Center Pro experience.
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
- Knowledge of AI Search, Virtual Agent, accessibility, localization, and portal performance optimization .
