Responsibilities

- Work with customers across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during selling, structuring, and implementation
- Provide architectural advisory across multiple engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal team members
- Offer architectural knowledge across multiple workflows (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB)
- Develop relationships with CoE and business leaders to understand ServiceNow's role in digital transformation
- Translate business goals and outcomes into customer roadmap and architectural blueprints
- Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard
- Manage technical governance and delivery operating model




- Ensure instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning to ServiceNow leading practices
- Support the sales effort by scoping and estimating the engagement and change orders
- Be an active contributor of leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of progressive experience in professional services or equivalent
- Demonstrated management consulting experience
- Creativity with comfort running programs independently within a startup-paced setting
- Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
- Industry domain expertise, enterprise architecture experience
- Large program experience leading architecture and design, cloud application technology experience
- Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
