Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers, assign tasks, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices.

Development & Configuration: Hands-on development across ITSM, ITOM, or custom scoped applications.

Stakeholder Management: Gather requirements from business teams and translate them into robust technical solutions.

What We Are Looking For

4–6 years of solid experience on the ServiceNow platform, with a proven track record of handling team delivery or mentoring juniors.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes) and workflows.

Certifications like Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a major plus.
