2. TME ITSM environment is bit complex hence we are looking for Sr ITSM BA who can understand requirements independently and finalize it.
3. Also same person need to work for CSM track as well. We are starting PI planning from next week so if we get good Sr BA profile then it will be great
4. It will be valuable if new BA understands the requirements, please share good Sr ITSM BA profile(s) as early as possible.
