Conduct requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Lead solution design workshops and architecture reviews.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.

Drive CMDB health, data quality, reconciliation, and governance initiatives.

Design and oversee integrations with infrastructure, monitoring, and cloud platforms.

Review technical designs, code quality, and deployment strategies.

Support estimation, project planning, release management, and risk mitigation.

Collaborate with ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, and infrastructure teams to build integrated solutions.

Mentor team members and drive technical capability development.
