We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM + Event Management Developer with 5–7 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in implementing and configuring ITOM Event Management.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with event processing, alert correlation, remediation workflows, ITOM integrations, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement ServiceNow ITOM Event Management solutions.
- Develop and maintain event rules, alert management, correlation rules, and remediation workflows.
- Work with ITOM components including Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external monitoring and infrastructure tools.
- Configure and manage event sources from platforms such as SolarWinds, Splunk, AppDynamics, and similar tools.
- Develop automated responses and remediation workflows for infrastructure alerts.
- Perform ServiceNow customization using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and other scripting capabilities.
- Troubleshoot event processing, alert generation, correlation, and integration issues.




- Maintain CMDB data quality and ensure accurate configuration item relationships.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to improve monitoring and event management processes.

Must-Have Skills
- 5–7 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
- Experience configuring Event Rules, Alert Correlation, and Remediation Workflows.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools such as:
- SolarWinds
- Splunk
- AppDynamics
- Other enterprise monitoring platforms
- Strong ServiceNow scripting skills, particularly:
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- Glide APIs
- Automated workflows
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a client/project environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with ITOM Visibility and Health.
- Knowledge of MID Server and Discovery patterns.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA / CIS-ITOM will be an advantage.

Candidate Preference Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Candidates should have dedicated hands-on ITOM Event Management implementation experience, rather than only general ServiceNow administration or development experience.

Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
