Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) module development, implementation, and customization. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, GRC best practices, and strong technical skills to design and develop solutions that meet organizational compliance and risk management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC solutions to meet business requirements.

- Customize and configure the ServiceNow GRC module, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management.

- Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise systems and data sources.

- Develop and maintain custom workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements, providing technical expertise and recommendations.

- Perform system administration tasks such as user administration, data import/export, and platform upgrades.

- Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.





- Develop and deliver training materials and user guides for end-users and administrators.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of the GRC solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and industry trends to leverage new features and functionalities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8-10 years of experience in IT with a focus on ServiceNow development and administration.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC module development and implementation.

- Robust knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.

- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.

- Experience with web services integration (SOAP, REST).

- Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, and other GRC frameworks.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC is a plus.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOX).

- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.

- Strong project management skills.
