Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior IT Recruiter with prior experience hiring

ServiceNow professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment, and the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

This role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, source high-quality ServiceNow talent, and ensure timely closures while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for ServiceNow-related positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and networking channels.




- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders.
- Follow up on interview feedback, documentation, offer rollouts, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of ServiceNow talent.
- Ensure quality closures within defined timelines.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Prior experience recruiting ServiceNow professionals is mandatory.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
