Must-Have

- 7to 12 years of ServiceNow experience with strong expertise in ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture, integrations, MID Server configuration, and orchestration.

- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITAM, CMDB governance, and CSDM framework.

- Experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.

- Ability to design scalable ServiceNow solutions and lead technical implementations.

- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and platform optimization skills.

- CSA and CIS certifications in ITOM/ITSM preferred.

Good to Have

- Exposure to HRSD, TPRM, and GRC modules.

- Experience in Cloud Discovery and Event Management.

- Knowledge of CMDB Health, data certification, and reconciliation rules.

- Experience in ServiceNow SecOps and AIOps integrations.

- Robust stakeholder communication and mentoring capabilities.
