Experience in supporting implementation, administration, configuration, and development of the ServiceNow Platform 4-6 Years’ experience as a core developer.
Should be ServiceNow Trained developer, Should be ServiceNow Trained and/or Certified Implementer ServiceNow Scripting and/or Orchestration Trained ITILV3.0 Foundations Certified Valuable understanding of Agile Methodology and SDLC Service Portal experience would be a plus.
- Development knowledge and experience on Change, Incident, Problem, CMDB implementation 2. Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts for Change, Incident, Problem, CMDB related configurations
- Experience in Java
- ITIL knowledge
- Development knowledge on Incident, Change, problem module of SNOW.
