ServiceNow Developer (min 5+ years – 8 years experience)

- Supports the technical solutions for o workflow automations,

o Flow designer o Complex integrations and implements them and performs the necessary testing

- Work as directed to design and implement ServiceNow requirements
- Directly support Sr. Principal Architect and internal Business/IT processes based on ServiceNow platform. In particular, deployed Incident & Problem Management, Asset management and CMDB, Change & Release management, SLM, Service Catalog with light customization and build in-house applications
- Support and enhance the configurations supporting OOTB and scoped applications

Competencies/Skill-Sets required:

- Minimum 5+ years knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development
- Ability to demonstrate advanced scripting skills – JavaScript, Angular JS
- Experienced with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban & Agile.
- Very strong understanding of Workflows in ServiceNow
- Very strong understanding of Data Import using Data Sources and Transform Maps




- Localization (Language related implementations)
- Design technical solutions for bulk data upload features.
- Good Understanding of Flow designer and Integration Hub
- Understanding of various APIs attachment, transform map, Cart APIs etc.
- Having the following ServiceNow certifications will be an advantage - System Admin, Application Developer and ITSM preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years) work experience.
- Proven success on projects with large-scale deployments; understanding of application life-cycle management.
- Experience in emerging Cloud technologies and vendor landscape with ability to balance cost against perks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and understandable manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
