We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM professional with strong CMDB, Discovery & Service Mapping expertise to join our growing team!

? What You’ll Work On

⚙️ Design, develop & support ServiceNow ITOM solutions

?️ Manage, optimize & maintain CMDB

? Configure Discovery & Service Mapping

? Work with CIs, CI relationships, IRE, Identification & Reconciliation Rules

?️ Troubleshoot CMDB data quality, duplicates & relationship issues

? Build integrations with monitoring & infrastructure tools

?️ Configure & troubleshoot MID Servers

? Improve CMDB Health, completeness & accuracy

? Collaborate with infrastructure, application & business teams





? What We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years of ServiceNow experience

✅ Strong hands-on ITOM & CMDB experience

✅ Expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping & CSDM

✅ Experience with MID Servers & integrations

✅ Robust ServiceNow scripting knowledge — JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, REST/SOAP APIs

✅ Understanding of IT infrastructure, monitoring, cloud & enterprise applications

✅ Strong communication & problem-solving skills

? Good to Have

? CIS – ITOM

? CSA Certification

? Enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementation experience

? CSDM / CMDB implementation & optimization experience
