Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with robust expertise in ITSM, ITOM, platform development, integrations, and advanced scripting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions while driving automation, platform scalability, and operational efficiency across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Configure and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
- Develop and maintain complex JavaScript-based customizations, including:

- Business Rules

- Script Includes

- Client Scripts

- UI Policies

- UI Actions

- Flow Designer

- IntegrationHub
- Build and support integrations using:

- REST APIs

- SOAP Web Services

- OAuth

- JDBC

- MID Server
- Create scalable workflows and automation solutions to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support platform upgrades, patching activities,



and release management.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Participate in technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM and ITOM implementations.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting, and customization.
- Experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and IntegrationHub.

- Experience working with MID Servers and external system integrations.
