Description

Lead architecture, design, and roadmap development for ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM capabilities. This role will define target-state architecture, drive integration strategies, establish governance standards, and enable future AI-powered operational intelligence capabilities.

The Architect will serve as the technical authority for CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, integration architecture, and AI-driven operational transformation initiatives.

Role Summary

Design, develop, enhance, and support ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB capabilities. The role focuses on Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, workflow automation, operational support, and implementation of AI-assisted automation solutions.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on engineer with strong ServiceNow development expertise and be proficient in AI-assisted software engineering using modern development tools.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development

- Develop and enhance CMDB and ITOM solutions.
- Configure and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping.




- Build workflows, business rules, integrations, and automations.
- Develop custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements.

CMDB & ITOM Support

- Troubleshoot Discovery and integration issues.
- Remediate CMDB data quality problems.
- Support onboarding of new infrastructure and application services.
- Participate in weekly governance and operational reviews.
